Ronald S. Shuk—Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Ronald Shuk joined IMDS as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of IMDS Product Sourcing Vandalia in June 2007. In 2009, Mr. Shuk was appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of IMDS, where he oversees operations across the company. His participative and empowering management style has been critical to the company’s growth. Mr. Shuk brings the unique ability to advance both operating and financial acumen to business processes and decision making to optimize results in each area of the business.
Prior to joining IMDS, Mr. Shuk spent 23 years in financial and operating roles in the automotive supply industry. Through the utilization of a lean and metric driven operating environment, he has obtained significant stakeholder value in businesses where his leadership has been critical. With a keen focus on customer satisfaction, businesses have been improved through effective cost control and reduction, lean initiatives, quality improvement, and select use of capital investment. He holds a B.B.A. from Western Michigan University and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University.
