Harold Linville—Chairman of the Board and Chief Business Development Officer
Harold Linville serves as the Chairman and Chief Business Development Officer for IMDS. In this role, Mr. Linville drives new business development opportunities and guides strategic growth initiatives for the company. He has played an integral role in the company’s acquisitions and the resulting expansion of the IMDS service areas, enabling IMDS to provide more complete end-to-end product outsourcing capabilities. Mr. Linville also currently oversees and directs the southern sales territory for IMDS, working to negotiate and extend partner relationships.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Linville served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Leis Medical, now IMDS Product Sourcing. He managed all aspects of the manufacturing operations and led the organization to acquisition in 2007. He has extensive sales and operations experience, continually surpassing revenue goals and developing strong partner relationships. Mr. Linville is actively involved in workforce development and manufacturing associations, and has served on several advisory boards and committees.
