Robert W. Tate—Chief Financial Officer
Robert W. Tate joined IMDS as Chief Financial Officer in March 2010, with a financial focus and understanding in operating organizations in a fast paced and growing environment. He has over 14 years of senior and executive financial leadership with 15 years in the medical outsourcing industry.
Prior to joining IMDS, Mr. Tate served as Vice President – Corporate Development (2009) and Vice President – Finance (2008) of the $800 million medical division of Flextronics International, Inc. From 1996 to 2008, he was with Avail Medical Products, Inc., a leader in medical contract manufacturing services, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for 10 years. Prior to Avail, Mr. Tate was with the commercial and international banking divisions of JP Morgan Chase Bank and the financial planning and analysis group at Continental Airlines. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
