Colby Allsop serves as IMDS Director of Human Resources where he works to align core human capital processes with the strategic objectives of the organization. To support the company’s continuing growth, the Human Resources function focuses on the development of strategic talent assessment and selection processes, leadership development support, performance management processes, and strengthening an organizational culture that makes IMDS an employer of choice in the orthopedic medical device outsourcing industry.
In addition to practical experience in general HR leadership, talent acquisition and organizational capability, Mr. Allsop holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Utah State University and a M.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Michigan State University.
