Angelia E. Pelham—Vice President, Human Resources
Mrs. Pelham joined IMDS in July of 2011. Her focus for the Human Resources Department of IMDS consists of four core items: strengthening the company’s Talent Acquisition strategy; improving the IMDS Leadership Development platform; intensifying the focus on Succession Planning of talent across IMDS; and building on the focus on creating an engaging and satisfied workforce.
Prior to joining IMDS, Angelia has served as the Vice President and Chief HR Officer for the US Division of Rexel Electrical Distribution based out of Paris, France. Angelia has over twenty years of Human Resources experience in various executive positions at organizations such as the Walt Disney World Company, the Marriott, and almost half of her career was spent as the Vice President of Human Resources at Frito-Lay, the largest division of PepsiCo, Inc. Mrs. Pelham has made numerous contributions in the areas of succession planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and performance consulting. Many of the programs she designed and launched are still in place today at PepsiCo. Angelia holds a B.S. from The Florida State University and a M.A. in Human Resources from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
